I would like to let you know that we had the most wonderful stay, and all the arrangements that you made were excellent. All the hotels (Onyria Quinta da Marinha, Hotel Palacio Estoril & Penha Longa) were first class, breakfasts were superb (and very good that they were included, as it allowed us not to go out and spend time looking for restaurants). Free parking was much appreciated as we had a car, and there was first class service in all places.
With respect to the golf courses, Quinta da Marinha was in just ok condition greens were good, but the fairways were bare in spots, we would rate it 6/10. The Hotel Palacio needs to invest more $$ into Estoril golf course's care. By far, the best was Penha Longa, which we would rate 9/10. All were walkable and we enjoyed walking. Many thanks again for your assistance, which too, was superb.

The Hotel Palacio Estoril was fantastic, the service there was excellent and attentive, the shuttle was good and overall it was a great experience.
Penha Longa golf course was a world-class experience, extremely welcoming and professional staff, a truly fantastic golf course in remarkable condition and an overall excellent experience - we would definitely come back to Penha Longa.

Dolce CampoReal: Beautiful location and impressive hotel, which looked like it had just been refurnished. The room was lovely with gorgeous views over CampoReal golf course and surrounding countryside. Reception, restaurant and golf resort staff went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. 5 stars! We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Poor signage on golf – got lost a few times. Staff said they were trying to improve this. Unusual course layout with some very difficult holes e.g. 7th, 8th,18th. Also, very tricky slopes on all greens. All transfers worked out perfectly, and we would use again.

All golf courses very enjoyable but difficult – I preferred Bom Sucesso golf and West Cliffs, but my husband’s favourite was Royal Óbidos. Praia del Rey was very busy.
The staff in the Bom Sucesso clubhouse ensured we were made to feel welcome. Obidos village was very much worth the visit! The Bom Sucesso Resort was very quiet and spread out with no amenities on site, e.g. a small shop would have been good. As you advised, you really need to have a car. We arrived in the dark at 9.30pm and if the taxi had not waited there was no way to get to our room with the luggage – about a 10-min walk in the dark. Apartment was large and comfortable enough, but the outside balcony was in need of a bit of a clean.

Many thanks for your work in organizing another very successful and enjoyable trip to Portugal.
On all accounts, the Hotel Marriott Praia d’el Rey was first class and the service was naturally friendly, as I’ve come to expect in Portugal.
Also, the three golf courses (Praia d'el Rey, West Cliffs & Royal Obidos) were in excellent conditions and as always a pleasure to play (we were also fortunate that the wind did not blow). I would also like to mention the reception at Royal Óbidos who changed the day of our golf booking at my request to facilitate not having to play in the one rainy day during our visit.
 I look forward to future trips to Portugal.

In general, the trip went very well. Location of Tivoli Lagos Resort - excellent, Palmares and Silves were grand. Pickups for both groups were excellent, and the transfer company also did pickups to and from golf and were equally excellent.

All in all, trip was very good and thank you - looking forward to next year already.
