Just a quick email to thank you for making our trip to Hyatt Regency Vilamoura so well organised and enjoyable.
So much so that we will definitely booking again for next year Oct 2027 .
We would like to stick with the same courses and hotel as this year, (but if you have any other course options pls let us know), The Old Course was a great addition. Laguna and Millennium are also great courses. 

Here is my short review on Palmares Signature Apartments. The apartment was fantastic. The unit we were allocated was brand new and only finished about a month before we arrived. There were minor flaws that could obviously be attributed to that, like a shower knob that needed to be fastened. But that was very minor. Would have been nice to be able to walk from the apartment to the restaurant or clubhouse via a walking path instead of having to go through the parking garage, but also a very minor thing. The cleaning service was really good and all questions and requests were met with courteous and professional attention. We were very happy with the accommodation.

The Palmares golf course(s) were also fantastic. Starters and marshalls as well as clubhouse staff were friendly and professional and we really appreciated the positive attitude of everyone.

All in all we were very happy with our stay at Palmares Signature Aparments.

Thank you on behalf of myself and my colleagues for your excellent service before and during our recent golfing break in Portugal. Everything worked well and overall we enjoyed our time.

General feedback - Hotel Pestana Dom João II
I am aware that the hotel is closing soon for an upgrade so I hope that all goes well. Overall, the hotel was enjoyable and comfortable.

General feedback - Golf
Vila Sol, Pinta and Gramacho were in good technical condition throughout…. Vila Sol and Pinta in particular, both of which are superb. Silves looked as if it had been over-played and technically was in poor condition.

First of all, thank YOU vey much for helping us in all the issues! We had a really great holiday!

I will answer your questions below:
- The Hotel Epic Sana Vilamoura: Location, room allocated, breakfast, restaurants, bar, pool area, service, housekeeping, etc; Everything supergreat. We were deligthed by rooms size, cleanliness, equipment (personally I utmostly appreciate ironing board :)), superpolite staff and if I can mentioned what I appreciated best - supercomfy bed and pillows, great breakfast with lots of mango and other fruits and also the beach with easy access and superbeautiful.
- The golf courses: Out of our courses we would list them in this order: QDL South (absolute winner), Old Course, Pinhal, Monte Rei (all great except that the fairways were dry and yellow, but playable), Pine Cliffs and Millennium. Now this is really being picky, most negative comments referred to Pine Cliffs having only 9 holes, Millenium being not so great as Laguna. But overall we enjoyed ALL the courses very much, and all of them had great food in the clubhouses, so overall we are truly happy. I would definitely repeat QDL South, Old Course and PInhal, and try QDL North / Laranjal / Laguna - or some other at your recommendation. Perhaps also we would play 9 holes Pine Cliffs in the morning before leaving. May I say that the weather was perfect!
- The airport transfers. They were punctual and easy to make small changes.
- Any other points: I don't know what to say, as we had just a perfect holiday. My only remark is that we could not stay for another week :)

Well we have all returned home now and on behalf of the group I would like to thank-you once again for all of the organising and scheduling that you did to make this happen. Every thing worked like clockwork!
Both Hotels were top (Tivoli Estela and Tivoli Kopke Porto)class and we had a splendid time at both.
We very much enjoyed Oporto especially as we were informed of the history there!
Ponte de Lima is a very different course, similar to Amarante, and I think it’s fair to say that it presented a tough challenge!
Once again Estela was a great way to finish the trip. I do wonder though, that with the Lodges on hand whether over the next few years we might find the course getting very busy and possibly ‘overplayed’, like some of the ones we have played in Southern Spain. We very much hope that this does not happen.

Thanks again for arrangements of our golf holiday. We have had nice time at Palacio Estoril. The weather was perfect and service excellent!

After a great week at the Hotel Pestana Vila Sol we can say a lot of positive things!
Playing golf at the Golf Resort Villa Sol was very good and well organized. With the tee times everything worked out well. Despite our high Handicap, we were allowed to play, but no one asked us. The proximity to the hotel meant short distances. We also liked the hotel itself. With the rental service of the golf clubs everything went smoothly. 

All in all a very nice holiday. Thank you very much for the good organization!

We had a great time in the Praia D’El Rey area.
The accommodations were new and modern at The BeachFront. Lots of room and spectacular views.
We did lots of touring and made it up to Nazare for the day.
Finding groceries was easy as well. We didn’t venture to the Marriott nor the local restaurant but they looked nice from the outside.

For golfing…
1) Praia D’El Rey was beautiful. Course was in great shape and a fair challenge. Gorgeous views.
2) West Cliffs was spectacular. It was a challenge as well but in fantastic condition. We had dinner at the clubhouse after our game and really enjoyed the experience.

3) our biggest complaint was Bom Sucesso. The course was in very bad condition (dried up fairways and terrible greens). The experience was also strange - many empty houses or lots and one big empty hotel. It just felt like the whole area was in shambles and disrepair. Royal Óbidos would have been much nicer to visit.

Hope that helps with some feedback. We really appreciate the work you put in for us. I’ll pass on your name/company to friends who want to visit in the future.

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay immensely.

The accommodation at Pestana Alvor Beach Villas was excellent and a great location.

Golf courses were in overall very good condition:
- Alto was in much better condition than last year.
- Silves was ,as usual,excellent.
- Ferragudo will be a great course but the greens were not in good condition yet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and are happy to provide some brief feedback. We liked the hotel. The Quinta da Marinha Golf villa was spacious and very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The terrace, however, could have been a bit nicer; for instance, it lacked cushions for the hard wooden chairs. All the service staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was also very good.

The pool area was large and lovely. It was a pity, however, that despite the good weather, the pool area and the entrance gate were effectively already closed. Although it was possible to gain access using the room key, the pool bar was closed, and there was no staff around—for instance, to ask for towels.

The Quinta da Marinha golf course was in good condition, but it was extremely busy. Groups of four teed off every eight minutes, which meant we had to wait for a very long time at every tee box.
The reservation of tee times worked very well, and, overall, everything related to playing golf went smoothly.
Renting the clubs also worked out very well. The clubs, along with their bags, were in excellent condition, and the handover took place on time and went very smoothly.
Overall, we can highly recommend this trip; we would gladly do it all over again and book through you once more.
