The Palacio Hotel was an experience of a lifetime. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They were great with golf course trips, and the concierge helped me with packing my golf clubs and suitcase for delivery to Valencia (I couldn’t take them on my tour, so I shipped them.) And, I had no idea about the history of the Palacio. The room was perfect. I’d love to stay again.

The Estoril golf course was fine. I ended up playing by myself, as there were two no shows. The staff was quite pleasant. I wouldn’t rave about the course, but it was fine. A good warmup course.

Penha Longa, on the other hand, was wonderful. What a golf course. Scenery was terrific, and as nice a golf course I’ve ever played. I enjoyed playing it as much as I’ve enjoyed Pinehurst #8 and Tobacco Road. I played with two guys from Oslo who were fun, enjoyable playing partners.

I hope to work with you again.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our trip:

Highlights:

- Golf Courses: All three courses (Pine Cliffs, Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Ria) were exactly what we were looking for. The designs were exceptional, well-maintained, and offered amazing views. Quinta da Ria, in particular, was perfect for our group.
- Dining: We had a fantastic dinner at Spikes in Vale do Lobo. The food, cocktails, and wine were excellent, and the decor is lovely. It is a great recommendation for golfers.
- Victoria Resort: The breakfast at the hotel was amazing.

My stay in Portugal was very pleasant the Palacio Estoril hotel was well located, the room was perfect for me, the breakfast very good with a lot of choice, same for the restaurant and the grill nearby (the Portuguese are the king of cooking octopus), housekeeping, bar, room service,…etc…..
It was also very nice to go to the banyan tree spa after playing 18 holes.
The Estoril golf club is well kept, it’s not an easy golf course, but very pleasant to play…..

I wanted to thank you for a wonderful trip. The  Marriott Praia Dél Rey hotel, courses, transfers and clubs were all perfect and on time.

We had one issue where I understood that we had booked golf buggies but when we arrived there were none booked and none available on the day. However we managed ok.

The consensus of the group was that we would like to go back to the Marriott Hotel next year and play Praia Del Rey perhaps twice as the course was better for our group ( there are some very casual players and west cliffs is tricky ).

We had a great vacation!

Beachfront was very nice! We had a beautiful view of ocean! The reception people very nice and the breakfast at Mare was wonderful and so close to our townhouse!

We loved all the golf courses and our favorite was Praia del Rey! West cliffs beautiful and more difficult for us to play! We had a wonderful meals at all 3 courses and also had supper one evening at the Marriott! The car rental with Avis was great and no issues!
The lady with golf club rentals was so nice and delivered to us at Beachfront! She communicated with us using What’sapp and no issues!

We did day trips to Peniche, Obidos, Sintra & Nazare! All within an hour from The beachfront! We dropped rental and stayed in Lisbon for 2 nights and did Tuk Tuk tour! Overall, our experience with Portugal golf was wonderful! Thank you very much!

A few bits of feedback - the Hotel Palacio Estoril was truly top quality, and all the more interesting for its history. My wife as a non golfer organised a full week’s wellness programme with the hotel which was extremely good and professional.

Daniel Grimm was a super coach and we had a great time with him - we would gladly do so again.

The Estoril golf course was perfect for us as relative beginners. The golf club house and surroundings are obviously in need of some TLC and parts of the course are quite run down - cart paths, the rough is extremely rough for example. the driving range is not the greatest due to the angle, and it really needs to be fenced to protect the fairways of the neighbouring holes better. it didnt spoil our enjoyment and added to the character of the week but perhaps others courses would offer a finer experience for the same green fees.

I have no complaints at all and would be glad to book again with you the next time.

We had great trip to Sesimbra Oceanfront. Weather was a bit chilly for first couple of days but was lovely for the rest of the week .
The Sesimbra Oceanfront Hotel was excellent . Rooms were ready when we arrived and all of the group were extremely happy with the facilities and service .

Aroeira 1 and Quinta do Peru were both in very good condition and we enjoyed our rounds there .

Overall however , very satisfied with our trip and the guys have indicated that they want to return to Sesimbra again next year .

We are now back in Iceland after our very nice stay at Estoril Palacio Hotel.

I would like to thank you for your professional help in planning this trip. The whole group was very satisfied with the stay at the Hotel, the Estoril golf course and all other services we got during our stay.

We just wanted to share a bit more about our experience and say thank you again.

The Kimpton Atlantico hotel was absolutely beautiful—very clean, with stunning ocean views and surroundings. The breakfast was excellent as well. The only small issue was that, since it was the off-season, the bar was not always operating smoothly. Aside from that, everything was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

As for the golf courses:

* Salgados Golf had truly amazing scenery, but the holes were quite close together, which made it feel a bit crowded.
* Álamos Golf was absolutely outstanding—we loved it. Even the meal after the round was delicious.

All the arrangements, including tee-off times, shuttle bus departures and arrivals, and the process of receiving and returning the golf clubs, were smooth and handled very professionally and kindly.
We are truly grateful to you. While playing golf, we even found ourselves talking about you with our friends!
