The Portuguese real estate market can be divided into the following zones:

Lisbon city: the capital. Offers all the amenities and attractions of a big city with a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere.
Cascais, Estoril and Sintra: the Golden Triangle, 30 min. from Lisbon with excellent golf courses available at a short driving distance – Quinta da Marinha, Estoril, Penha Longa, Oitavos Dunes, Quinta da Beloura.
The Silver Coast, or West Region: 1 hour north of Lisbon, home to small cities such as Lourinha, São Martinho do Porto, Obidos, Peniche and Caldas da Rainha and with some amazing golf courses on its doorstep - Praia d’el Rey, West Cliffs, Bom Sucesso, Royal Obidos and Camporeal.
South of Lisbon: the area of Costa da Caparica, Troia and Comporta with the golf courses of Aroeira Challenge, Aroeira Classic, Quinta do Peru, Troia and Dunas Comporta.
The Algarve: offers many different areas to live in, from the high-end luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and the lively beach towns of Lagos and Alvor to quiet areas on the golf courses such as Monte Rei, Amendoeira and Gramacho.
