The Hyatt Regency Hotel was recently refurbished. Rooms allocated were well equipped and new – But twin beds were not provided – because apparently not all rooms were ready/available. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The bar was good – The hotel restaurant was not used because of preference to use local restaurants nearby. The pool and spa were unfortunately closed because of refurbishment works.

The Old course was the best. The welcome was exceptional and well-appreciated. The practice facilities, the course maintenance and condition, the layout and the clubhouse were all superb – a unique experience overall.
Pinhal was also good – the course condition, playing experience and facilities were all very good and enjoyable.
Quinto do Lago was good – But very wet conditions also on the day itself. Some greens and holes were unplayable because of the torrential rain.
Espiche was (rather surprisingly) in poor condition overall – The greens were poor – It was not worth the long drive.

The airport transfers driver was present on arrival at the airport with a name placard. – always on time and also very pleasant.

All in all – everything was smoothly executed, according to the planned itinerary and very enjoyable.

It was a perfectly organized holiday. The hotel Pestana Alvor Praia, the rooms there, the breakfast, and the bar were excellent. For dinner, we didn't use the hotel restaurant but ate ate at various restaurants in Alvor. All the courses we booked with the Pestana group were in excellent condition.

The move to the Palmares Beach Hotel brought a small surprise. They had sacrificed the small bar area with sofas and club chairs for new dining tables to create more space in the restaurant. This wasn't ideal and detracted from the otherwise good impression.
All three courses were in good condition (Palmares, Boavista and Espiche). We also visited several restaurants in Lagos while at Palmares.
All in all, it was a perfectly organized trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much!

Boavista was a perfect location to play the different courses and was very comfortable and service friendly. The weather was perfect.

Two things that we could make better next time:

1) It would have been a good information that Palmares has 27 holes, so that we could have decided which combination we would like to play.
2) In Espiche and Santo Antonio it wasn’t possible to book carts - it would have been a good information that booking in advance would be appropriate because the courses were quite crowded in these days of the year.
3) The Penina Resort is in comparison to the other courses not in best condition although the layout of the course itself is quite attractive and different to the other courses.

But this is very little critic in my feedback though everything else was perfect!

First feedback is about you always available to satisfy requests and help the client I believe we came back to Portugal thanks to your professionalism.

The Palmares Beach House Hotel:
Location: great with incredible view. Room allocated beautiful room only problem it was located east direction Portimao and there is an ongoing contruction on that side. No issue for me as I was playing golf during working hours.
Breakfast: excellent in terms on quality quantity variety and politeness.
Restaurant: we enjoy the restaurant half board has two menu options changing everyday.
Bar, pool area both small, clean and extremely pleasant.
Service excellent including the connection free of charge to the beach.

Golf courses of Palmares beautiful and well maintained the 3 circuits of 9 holes are state of art; each tee has a beautiful view.
Espiche a hilly golf with beautiful 18 holes we would like to include again if we come back.
Boavista I have not appreciated the golf in its first and last part as you play between houses and I missed the nature very interesting the holes with big jump (n6 and n8 if I recall well).

The vacation was perfect I really would like to repeat it next year!

The Marina Club Hotel was fine as we stayed there before. Breakfast was alright. There are many other restaurants around to go to if needed. 
All golf courses (Palmares, Boavista, Espiche) were great and all transfers were fantastic.

Marina Club Lagos: The location is great it is just a minute walk over the bridge to the old town

The food is very good, good choice of products and friendly service also the restaurant is a good option for dinner  
The housekeeping is amazingly every day and has an excellent service
But is has a bad Internet connection

Room allocated: Last time we were at the Boavista resort - the standard of the accommodation is better to a much better price.

Golf Courses: We like to play all of the courses Palmares/Boavista/Espiche. All in very good condition.
Palmares with different beautiful views and all of it very reserved, means sometimes a little bit slow.
