Fantastic golf holiday!
I just wanted to send you a short note to say what a fantastic golf holiday we had as a group of 10.
The Kimpton Quinta da Marinha and Golf Courses were exceptional, all of them (Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa, Estoril and Oitavos). The Airport/golf transport was on time every day and the drivers very courteous. Cascais was an ideal play to stay and explore.
Big Thank you to you Rona for organising our trip and I can recommend to anyone to use your service.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ; nous n’avons absolument rien à redire sur l’hôtel Kimpton Quinta da Marinha. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, le personnel très aimable et l’hygiène irréprochable.
Quant aux parcours de golf, nous avons été ravis, avec une mention spéciale pour Penha Longa, qui est exceptionnel. Belas était également formidable. Quinta da Marinha était très bien, et les autres étaient tout à fait corrects.
Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème concernant notre organisation, et je tiens à vous en remercier vivement.
Je vous souhaite une excellente soirée et j’ai hâte de vous revoir l’année prochaine pour un nouveau séjour.

Thank you for your help. We had a great trip, except we were extremely lucky with windy weather and so the golf suffered a bit.
The rooms at the Penha Longa Resort are great and the service was exceptional. Not a bad thing to say about it. The only thing I could point at is that the hotel itself feels a bit "corporate" and "american ritz-carlton".
The Penha Longa golf course is good and in good shape. The driving range is poor however and having to pay for range balls feels a bit offputting with it being a Ritz-Carlton property.

Leider ist unsere Reise bereits zu Ende gegangen. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die hervorragende Organisation bedanken. Alles verlief reibungslos.
Das Hotel Palacio Estoril kannte ich bereits von einer früheren Reise. Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden.
Die Golfplätze waren wunderschön und gut gepflegt (Estoril Golf, Penha Longa, Oitavos und Quinta da Marinha).
Derzeit finden im Zugangsbereich zum Estoril-Platz Bauarbeiten statt. Das ist jedoch nur ein vorübergehendes Problem.
Die Leihschläger waren in Ordnung.
The Palacio Hotel was an experience of a lifetime.
The Palacio Hotel was an experience of a lifetime. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They were great with golf course trips, and the concierge helped me with packing my golf clubs and suitcase for delivery to Valencia (I couldn’t take them on my tour, so I shipped them.) And, I had no idea about the history of the Palacio. The room was perfect. I’d love to stay again.
The Estoril golf course was fine. I ended up playing by myself, as there were two no shows. The staff was quite pleasant. I wouldn’t rave about the course, but it was fine. A good warmup course.
Penha Longa, on the other hand, was wonderful. What a golf course. Scenery was terrific, and as nice a golf course I’ve ever played. I enjoyed playing it as much as I’ve enjoyed Pinehurst #8 and Tobacco Road. I played with two guys from Oslo who were fun, enjoyable playing partners.
I hope to work with you again.

Marriott Praia D'el Rey - absolutely perfect with all aspects. Location, Rooms, Breakfast, Housekeeping and staff were well trained, professional and friendly to interact with. Absolutely, we will be returning !!
Kimpton Quinta da Marinha - very nice, recently redecorated and very nice, rooms a wee bit small but very comfortable. Staff was exceptional and professionally well trained.
Every golf course was very well manicured and in great shape. Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of all the courses and their staff Will definitely repeat. We would definitely recommend "Buggies" for West Cliffs, Royal Obidos, Penha Longa......we used trolleys on West Cliffs & Royal Obidos and almost died....hahaha. Learned our lesson and used buggies on Penha Longa & Oitavos Dunes and had a wonderful time. Both Praia D'el Rey and the Quinta da Marinha courses were fine with trolleys.
Highlight: May 1st at Royal Obidos, I had a Hole in One on #6 !!
