Golf legends arrive in Comporta for the inaugural Portugal Legends Championship

The Portugal Legends Championship will make its debut on the Staysure Legends Tour in 2026, bringing three days of world-class senior professional golf to the spectacular surroundings of Comporta, Portugal. The Portugal Legends Championship is a new addition to the Staysure Legends Tour, the professional golf circuit featuring leading players aged 50 and over.

The inaugural tournament will take place from 30 October to 1 November 2026 at Pinheirinho Golf Course, one of Portugal's newest championship golf courses. The course is part of the 400-hectare Pinheirinho Estate and is set within the natural landscape of Comporta. Designed by renowned Portuguese architect Jorge Santana da Silva, the 18-hole championship course runs through secondary dunes and pine forests.
